Bell Cross – Parker Home Remodel

We love how this Parker home remodel turned out. We met Bob and Belinda at their beautiful 2-story “Colorado Rustic” home in Parker, Colorado when they were considering finishing their basement. They were looking to take the “blank canvas” of a very large walk out basement, and provide space for the family to relax, to play games, study, exercise, entertain both adults and large teen groups, and provide a private space for family and friends to stay. A lot to design into the space and to coordinate, but we were up to the challenge!

After 5 months of extensive work, we built a beautiful bar area with 100-year-old barn wood, soapstone counter tops and alder cabinets. We created a great TV area for sitting along with a fireplace surrounded by a touch of Tuscan masonry. We included an area to play video games, a study area and library, an exercise space with a sauna, and a private guest suite with a separate entrance. The “character maple” wood floors brought together these areas with the blend of casual elegance.
