Crestmore Basement Excavation & Finish

Our clients needed more space for their four growing children in their Crestmore home. The answer to their problem was right under their feet, they just needed to do a little digging.

We started this project by completing a full basement excavation (no small task) to create the proper height need for the basement addition. Once the space was hollowed the renovation could begin. The living area features hardwood throughout, built-ins, wet bar and even a fort that connects to the kid’s bedroom! In the bedroom, we added built-ins for extra storage, bunk beds and a space for a play area. Lastly, we rounded out the space with a modern 3/4 bath.

The new basement addition is a function entertainment area for the growing family now and into the future.
