S. Cherry Ct. Remodel

Our clients for this project wanted to create an elegant yet modern main floor and kitchen while also increasing the functionality of their Centennial home. We installed new hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, modern fixtures, a farmhouse sink, kitchen island, granite countertops and new appliances. We also opened the dining room to the kitchen and added additional seating by creating a kitchen bar area for entertaining and family gatherings. We were able to increase the natural lighting in the space by adding large windows over the sink and french doors at both ends of the kitchen, opening to the backyard. Finally, we added a mudroom to the home to decongest high traffic areas and increase storage.
