Vine Street Home Remodel

This project is an excellent example of what an open concept can do for a typical Wash Park bungalow. We performed both interior and exterior renovations to this home.

Inside, we opened up the walls between the kitchen and dining room to create an open feel. A very talented artisan built the beautiful circular staircase that connects the upstairs and downstairs. We also designed and installed some simple, yet very effective and very attractive, organizational solutions for the upstairs bedroom.

Outside, we created an open exterior with overhead cabling, an elevated deck area, and repurposed a small one-car garage into an open rustic dining experience. The garage included new windows, a patio sliding door, a chandelier, and a pathway over a waterfall to the outdoor patio and entertainment center.
